Return Policy Disclosure (New York General Business Law § 218-a)
New York law requires that a business clearly disclose its return policy before a purchase is completed. By completing a purchase from One Rosary a Day, you acknowledge and agree to the following posted policy.
Returns
Because our rosaries are handmade devotional items, all sales are final except in cases where:

The item is defective

The item arrives damaged

The incorrect item was shipped
If you experience any of these issues, you must contact us within 7 days of delivery at contact@prayonerosaryaday.com and include your order number and clear photos of the issue.
To be eligible for a return, items must be:

Unused

In original condition

Approved by us prior to being returned
Items returned without prior authorization will not be accepted.
Refunds
If your return is approved, a refund will be issued to the original method of payment. Please allow 3–10 business days for the refund to appear, depending on your financial institution.
Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is the result of our error.
We reserve the right to deny a refund if the returned item shows signs of use, wear, alteration, or damage not attributable to shipping or manufacturing.
Exchanges
We do not offer exchanges. If your item is defective or incorrect, we will provide a replacement at no additional cost once your claim is approved.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned or refunded:

Items returned without prior authorization
Lost or Stolen Packages
Once an order is marked “Delivered” by the carrier, One Rosary a Day is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. Customers should contact the shipping carrier directly for assistance.
Order Cancellations
Orders may be canceled within 2 hours of placing the order. After this period, processing may have begun, and cancellation cannot be guaranteed.
Consumer Rights Under New York Law
This policy complies with New York General Business Law § 218-a. If an item is defective or not as described, you retain all applicable rights under New York consumer protection laws.
