Welcome to One Rosary a Day (“we,” “us,” “our”). By accessing or using our website, prayonerosaryaday.com (the “Site”), or purchasing products from us, you agree to the following Terms of Service (“Terms”). Please read these Terms carefully. If you do not agree, you must discontinue use of the Site.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York, including applicable consumer protection and contract laws.

1. Use of the Site

You must be at least 18 years old to use this Site or make a purchase. You agree not to use the Site for any unlawful purpose or in a manner that could damage, disable, or impair the Site.
We reserve the right to refuse service, terminate accounts, or cancel orders at our discretion.

We make every effort to display our products as accurately as possible. Because many of our rosaries use natural stones and handmade components, variations in color, texture, or pattern may occur. These variations are not considered defects.
We reserve the right to limit quantities, discontinue products, or update descriptions at any time.

3. Pricing and Payment

All prices listed are in U.S. Dollars. We reserve the right to modify pricing at any time.
By completing a purchase, you represent that you are authorized to use the selected payment method and that all billing information is accurate.
If a payment is declined or flagged for fraud, we may cancel the transaction.

4. Shipping and Delivery

Shipping timelines are estimates and not guarantees. We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, weather, or events beyond our control.
Once a package is marked “Delivered” by the carrier, we are not responsible for lost or stolen packages. Customers must contact the carrier directly.

5. Returns and Refunds

Our return and refund policy is disclosed clearly in compliance with New York General Business Law § 218-a.
All sales are final except in cases of defects, damage, or incorrect items. Customers must notify us within 7 days of delivery to request authorization for a return.

Any dispute arising from these Terms or your use of the Site shall be resolved exclusively in state or federal courts located in New York County, New York.
You consent to personal jurisdiction in these courts.

We may update these Terms at any time. The effective date will be shown at the top of the policy. Continued use of the Site after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
