This Shipping Policy outlines how orders are processed, shipped, and delivered for purchases made at prayonerosaryaday.com. By placing an order, you agree to the terms below.


Processing Times

All orders are processed within 2–5 business days unless otherwise stated on the product page.
Orders are not processed on weekends or U.S. federal holidays.

If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, processing times may be extended. If there is a significant delay, we will contact you by email.

This complies with FTC regulations requiring accurate disclosure of order fulfillment timeframes.


Shipping Rates and Delivery Estimates

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
Delivery timelines are estimates provided by the carrier and are not guaranteed.

Standard shipping within the United States typically takes:
3–7 business days after shipment.

We are currently unable to ship orders outside the United States.


Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number (if available based on the shipping method selected).
Tracking information may take up to 24–48 hours to update.


Shipping Addresses

It is the customer’s responsibility to provide a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout.
We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect or undeliverable addresses provided by the customer.

If a package is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address, the customer is responsible for any reshipment costs.


Lost, Delayed, or Stolen Packages

Once an order is marked “Delivered” by the carrier, One Rosary a Day is not responsible for lost, stolen, or missing packages.
Customers must contact the carrier directly for resolution.

If a package is delayed in transit, we follow the carrier’s policies regarding investigation and claims. We do not issue refunds for delays caused by the carrier, weather, customs, or events beyond our control.

This policy is permitted under New York consumer protection standards as long as it is disclosed clearly prior to purchase.


Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, you must notify us within 7 days of delivery at contact@prayonerosaryaday.com with photos of the issue.

Approved claims will be replaced at no cost to you.

Order Changes and Cancellations

Orders may be canceled within 2 hours of being placed.
After this period, we cannot guarantee changes because your order may already be in processing.

This policy is written to comply with:

  • FTC Mail, Internet, or Telephone Order Merchandise Rule (shipment timelines)
